A transaction may be cancelled in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law and applicable law.<\/p>
Cancellation of a transaction for a physical product purchased on the site is permitted within 14 days from the date of receiving the product or the date of receiving the transaction details, whichever is later, provided the product is returned unused, in its original packaging, and undamaged.<\/p>
A product created specifically for the customer, personalized, or prepared by special order cannot be cancelled after its preparation has begun, unless the law requires otherwise.<\/p>
Cancellation of a workshop, course, or fixed-date service is permitted by prior written notice. For cancellation at least 72 hours before the scheduled time, a full refund is given; for a later cancellation, a credit for future use is given.
